{"id":2670,"date":"2021-04-26T11:37:45","date_gmt":"2021-04-26T11:37:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.xtranet.co.ke\/NCA2\/?page_id=2670"},"modified":"2022-10-27T10:38:21","modified_gmt":"2022-10-27T10:38:21","slug":"accredited-trainers-training-schedule","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/dev.xtranet.co.ke\/newbackup2\/accredited-trainers-training-schedule\/","title":{"rendered":"Accredited Trainers Training Schedule"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_section][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][tm_heading custom_google_font=&#8221;&#8221;]<br \/>\nAccredited Trainers Training Schedule[\/tm_heading][tm_spacer size=&#8221;lg:10&#8243;][vc_column_text]The National Construction Authority under section 5 of the National Construction Authority Act 2011 (Cap 449A laws of Kenya), has an overall mandate to oversee the construction industry and co-ordinate its development by providing training and capacity building to contractors, skilled construction workers and site supervisors in the construction industry.<\/p>\n<p>National Construction Authority Regulations 2014, part II section 13 states that: \u201cIn each year during which a contractor holds a license, the contractor or, in the case of a firm or company, the partner or director who possesses technical qualifications, skills or experience shall attend at least one Continuous Professional Development (CPD) event recognized by the Authority and the Authority shall consider their attendance while determining an application<br \/>\nto renew or upgrade the Contractor.<\/p>\n<p>Applications are invited from interested firms\/institutions who wish to be accredited by the Authority as providers of CPD and CTD trainings in the Financial Year 2022\/2023.<\/p>\n<div>See below the information pack that contains the application form, the confidential business questionnaire and the commitment agreement.
