How to Buy Our Properties

Explore our available projects online. Download the plot layout and select your preferred plot from the available options.
Step 2: Make a Booking
Fill out our online offer letter and book your plot by sending your payment via any of our secure payment options (M-Pesa, Bank Transfer, or WorldRemit).
Step 3: Complete Payments
Complete your payments within the agreed payment period (up to 24 months for installments or 30 days for cash payments).
Step 4: Prepare Transfer Documents
Provide the required documents for title deed processing, including:
- Kenyan National ID
- KRA PIN
- Passport-size photo
- Postal address
Step 5: Sign Legal Documents
We will prepare and guide you through the signing of all legal transfer documents.
Step 6: Title Deed Delivery
Once your title deed is ready, we will send it to you via your preferred courier service. This typically takes 30 days after full payment clearance.
